Mettler's Cavitator line of products uses a process called ultrasonic cavitation to provide a deep clean that can't be obtained through other cleaning methods. This product is designed to thoroughly clean and disinfect medical instruments.
The 18 Gallon Cavitator is designed for high volume usage, such as in operating rooms, central supply or labs. The 18 gallon capacity of this cleaner is ideal for cleaning instruments or glassware prior to sterilization. This cleaner also has lockable, rolling rubber casters to make it easy to move and store.
The Cavitator line of cleaners generate ultrasonic waves that create millions of tiny bubbles through the process of cavitation. The bubbles gently clean and polish any surface they come in contact with, penetrating every nook and cranny to dislodge trapped dirt and debris. Although primarily designed to clean medical instruments, the Cavitator is also used for glassware and even jewelry, restoring them to their original lustrous finish without expending any effort. The gentle cleaning action is ideal for delicate items, too.
Mettler's ultrasonic cleaners are available in several different sizes. The 18 gallon container is the second largest of the Cavitator line. It is pictured in the back.
