Collect fluorescence, phosphorescence, chemi- and bioluminescence spectra between 200 and 900 nm with up to 1.5 nm resolution. The minimum sample volume required is 0.5 ml in a conventional 1x1 cm2 fluorescence cuvette. The instrument is also equipped with polarizers for steady-state polarization measurements and, because the excitation source is a pulsed Xenon arc lamp, the Eclipse can be used to measure phosphorescence and fluorescence lifetimes of long-lived fluorophores.
